Umpire Placement Course
The 2019 Umpire Placement Course is a seven-day instructional, evaluation and placement course, where baseball umpires that attend are eligible for placement into the Northwoods League, Pecos League of Professional Baseball Clubs, as well as other independent leagues for the 2019 season.
